Cyril S. K. Akafia is passionate about understanding the brain through computational approaches and developing biomedical solutions to address impaired cognitive and motor processes. His work is driven by a strong interest in neural engineering, artificial intelligence, and neuroinformatics, and he particularly enjoys interdisciplinary research that integrates insights across multiple scientific domains to foster innovation. Cyril was born and raised in Ghana and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Ghana.
